To secure the delivery of goods to your locations around the globe. We use only UPS or FedEx as our couriers. You can be sure we'll deliver your order as fast as possible.

To secure the delivery of goods purchased and the receipt of payment, we have joint the UPS Exchange Collect program.

The UPS Exchange Collect program is provided by UPS and acted as an agent of the exporter (i.e. Citiwide Technologies Ltd.)

By using this program, the delivery of goods must be via UPS and we have to provide the following information, exporter's email address, importer's email address, description of goods to be shipped, the contract price for the goods, such other shipping information as may be required by the shipping and tracking software utilitzed by exporter.

Upon receipt of goods by UPS, they will ask the importer for payment of the contract price of goods plus any portion of the service charges to be paid by the importer.

Prior to the delivery of the goods, importer have to make payment of the above mentioned contract price and any other service charge to UPS's bank account specified.

Upon receipt of confirmation that importer has made payment in full, UPS will make the delivery of goods to the importer.

Upon confirmation that delivery of goods has occurred, UPS will notify the exporter of such delivery and remit the contract price to the exporter's bank account.

In this way, we can sure of the reciept of payment and you can be sure of the delivery of goods purchased and UPS acts as a third parties agent to see that it is done.
