We are a professional mould manufacturer?¬since establishment in 1995, we have been striving to study, develop, machine, and sell injection mould, blow mould, metal die-casting mould, die-cut mould and other relevant moulds. In the mould designing course, some 2D or 3D software (such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, SolidWorks and so on) applied for assisting in designing, pre-making etc. Before mould is put into physical making, the MouldFlow software will be adopted to analyze such course to make sure if it is rational and workable. In the making course, there is a set of making method ?°system design, individual making, concentrate assembling, scientific managing?± to help us improving mould quantity and service life. Up to now, we have created some plastic moulds whose cycle time are over 1,500,000; die-casting mould, over 400,000. Our moulds have been sold to Japan, German, France, Malaysia, Indonesia, and so on.
