About Us
There are 85 skilled people working for Cotton Casuals in 8 different departments excluding security. They are administration, sampling, designing, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control and in house training.
Cotton Casuals is a stitching, (Juki brand machine), based on 700 pieces of production per day with 5 pocket basic jeans. This essentially means that as the style gets complex the production per day drops accordingly.
our main area of specialty is our HAND-WORKMANSHIP. We have an in house facility for hand-craftsmanship, where we train our workers according to our own standards.
Designing.
We have at the moment 6 designers working for us. We plan to increase them as soon as we get some more work from the world market.
